Sale items, discounted bulk orders, and custom quantity orders
Products with minor natural imperfections that do not affect consumption quality

UPI / Net Banking / Wallet Payments: Refund processed within 24–48 working hours
Credit / Debit Card Payments: Refund processed within 5–7 working days (subject to bank processing timelines)
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer upon customer providing valid bank details

All refund timelines are estimated and may be slightly delayed due to third‑party payment gateway or bank procedures.

6. Replacement Policy

For eligible defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products, customers can choose a free product replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to current product stock availability. If the exact product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product replacement or full refund as per customer preference.

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

All valid return claims caused by our company’s errors (damaged goods, wrong items, incorrect quantity) will be covered by us. Customers are not required to bear any return shipping charges for approved claims. Unauthorized return attempts without official approval will not be compensated.
